Saint Martin invites students into our school community who are committed to academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth. During the admissions process, Saint Martin reviews academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations.

While we are serious about preparing students for college and career success, we also believe that school should be fun! Caring for the whole student, we believe that involvement in extracurriculars is essential to continuing to form talented, well-rounded, and interesting individuals.

Ethics & Compliance Online Reporting

In alignment with our mission, it is vital to consistently maintain the highest moral and ethical standards within our community.  As such, Saint Martin de Porres High School believes that all employees, students and constituents are to be treated with dignity and respect, free from unethical behaviors including discrimination, harassment, social inequities and bullying.

Some examples of unethical behaviors are:

- Unwelcome or unsolicited sexual misconduct.

- Hitting, pushing or other aggressive physical conduct.

- Microaggressions and Macroaggressions, i.e. derogatory slurs, epithets, negative stereotyping or messaging that denigrates or shows aversion toward an individual or group.

- Abusive, threatening, intimidating, offensive or other hostile acts, this includes online bullying.

- Theft, fraud or other financial improprieties.

These behaviors are not condoned by our community on or off campus. Any member of our community has a duty to bring such matters to the attention of the Principal, Counseling and Wellness, CWS, Human Resources or by submitting this Ethics and Compliance Reporting form. 

A confidential, impartial and comprehensive investigation shall be initiated within 24 hours of the report and conducted promptly.  

Note, retaliation against anyone who makes a complaint or cooperates in an Ethics and Compliance investigation is strictly prohibited.  Any employee or student who engages in retaliation in violation of this policy is subject to discipline, up to and including dismissal from Saint Martin de Porres High School.
