Saint Martin de Porres High School proudly announces a $9 million challenge gift in support of the school’s Phase III Realizing the Vision Capital Campaign. The commitment includes a combined gift from The Howley Foundation and Kendra and Mike Howley. This gift advances the school’s $25 million comprehensive campaign to bring the full campus vision to life and complete Phase III construction.
Structured as a dollar-for-dollar match, The Howley Foundation and Kendra and Mike Howley will match every gift made to the campaign, up to $9 million, before July 1, 2027. This challenge is designed to double the impact of every contribution while inviting broad community participation in this historic effort.
Phase III marks the final chapter of Saint Martin’s campus development. This expansion will add a new gymnasium, student life center, and career center, completing what was envisioned from the very beginning and signaling clearly to students, families, alumni, and neighbors that Saint Martin is a permanent, thriving institution committed to the future.
“Saint Martin was built to ensure that access to opportunity is matched with the space, support, and dignity every student deserves,” said Chaz Napoli, President of Saint Martin de Porres High School. “Phases I and II of our campus gave us state-of-the-art classroom spaces where the entire Saint Martin community is united under one roof for academic learning. We are thankful to The Howley Foundation and Kendra and Mike Howley for their longstanding support of Saint Martin. This extraordinary $9 million challenge gift catapults us into the next phase of our campus vision, helping us complete the campus while expanding student life spaces where students can gather, grow, and lead.” Every gift made before July 1, 2027 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $9 million, accelerating progress toward completing the campus and realizing the shared vision for Saint Martin’s future.
