While we are serious about preparing students for college and career success, we also believe that school should be fun! Caring for the whole student, we believe that involvement in extracurriculars is essential to continuing to form talented, well-rounded, and interesting individuals.

The Handmaid's Tale : English/Theology Collaboration

Mrs. Baker's Senior English class teamed up with former Saint Martin teacher, Erin Conway, to learn about The Handmaid's Tale. Mrs. Baker is currently teaching the book at Saint Martin while Ms. Conway is studying the book through a theological lens in graduate school. Check out their mini-lesson collaboration on The Handmaid's Tale and the misuse of Scripture in order to oppress society HERE!

Erin taught theology at Saint Martin and was integral in starting our Sophomore Service Curriculum. She is currently working on her Master's in Theology.
