Bring Home the 'Ship!The Lake Effect Championship has come down to just two schools on the boys and girls side. Your Lions and Andrews Osborne Academy advanced on both sides after their semifinal victories on February 15. The Lady Lions, behind 28 points from Alaysia Dupree and 21 from Sydney Calhoun rolled to a 62-29 victory over NEOCP. Shane Cummings led the way with 17, and Jalynn Thomas added 15 as the boys won handily over Horizon 74-60.

Tonight the girls will by vying for their second LEC title at 6:00, and the boys are in unchartered waters, making their first ever conference title game at 7:30. Both games will be played the Murphy Center, the gorgeous new gymnasium on the campus of Ursuline College.
