Admissions
Saint Martin invites students into our school community who are committed to academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth. During the admissions process, Saint Martin reviews academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations.

Administrative Duties
Customer Service Support: Assist with customer inquiries via digital communication platforms (e.g., email, phone, AI chatbots for basic queries).
Client Communications: Prepare basic client communications (e.g., emails, updates) using automated email systems or templates. Sort and file client correspondence using cloud-based platforms and CRM tools.
Document Processing: Scan and organize digital invoices, and assist with basic data entry tasks such as processing payments into Excel or CRM systems, utilizing AI-driven tools for basic automation of repetitive tasks.
Client Information Packets: Help create and maintain client information packets using templates and digital tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Organizing Files: Use CRM systems or cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive) to file and organize work orders, client documents, and invoices, with AI tools assisting in basic document categorization.
Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations for client meetings, including creating basic pitch decks and event materials using templates or AI-powered design tools.
Internal Support
Inventory Tracking: Help monitor inventory levels using automated tools that provide real-time data and assist with basic inventory data entry and management.
CRM and Order Management: Input data and track orders in CRM or cloud-based systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), assisting with automated processes that flag customer activity or order statuses.
Vendor Communication: Assist with vendor updates and order status tracking, utilizing automated email systems or vendor portals for basic communication tasks.
Document Filing and Compliance: Help file contracts and certifications in cloud storage, utilizing basic AI tools to ensure document organization and security.
Event Planning Support: Assist in planning events using event management platforms, handling tasks such as scheduling, creating event agendas, and sending invitations.
Market Research: Support research on competitor markets using online tools or basic AI analysis platforms (e.g., Excel’s data analysis features) to create simple charts and reports for the sales team.
