Saint Martin invites students into our school community who are committed to academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth. During the admissions process, Saint Martin reviews academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations.

Administrative Duties
Greeting clients and visitors in person, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment in the office
Answering phone calls and addressing in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed
Preparing and mailing physical documents, including client correspondence and legal notices
Providing customer service remotely through phone, email, and live chat systems, responding to simple inquiries and escalating complex matters as needed
Preparing letters, composing professional emails, and managing virtual communication with clients; sorting, distributing, and filing electronic mail using basic digital tools
Taking inventory of office supplies using simple inventory management software that tracks stock levels and generates reorder suggestions
Ordering office supplies through online platforms with basic AI tools that suggest items based on historical usage
Coordinating the delivery of office supplies to remote workspaces or maintaining supplies in office closets
File and Data Management
Organizing and filing physical documents, such as client records, legal filings, and case notes
Assisting with the scanning and digitizing of physical documents
Transferring client data into cloud-based CRM systems, with basic AI tools assisting with automatic tagging and prioritization of client files
Copying, sorting, and scanning documents for digital storage and organizing them in simple cloud-based file management systems
Filing documents, interviews, reports, depositions, and invoices in digital folders using basic digital tools that help categorize and retrieve files efficiently
Updating expert databases using basic Excel or cloud software, with AI-powered features for organizing and verifying data
Converting paper files into electronic files using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools to simplify the digitization process
Assisting with redacting sensitive and privileged data using AI-assisted redaction tools, under supervision
Case Support
Assisting with organizing case files, preparing trial materials, and physically labeling exhibits
Attending in-person meetings to assist with case preparation, taking notes, and organizing documents
Looking up court docket information and legal precedents using user-friendly legal research databases
Attending remote discovery meetings and taking simple notes, with optional transcription tools to help summarize key points
Hand-delivering motions, dockets, and correspondence via secure document management platforms
Assisting with the preparation of digital files for trial by labeling exhibits and organizing submissions using basic file management systems
Verifying the status of patent applications using online databases with easy-to-use interfaces
Assisting with the creation of trial books or case reviews by compiling documents and reports, organizing content under guidance
Gathering basic information for subpoenas, using legal research tools to ensure accuracy
Department Communications
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of physical newsletters, brochures, or client materials
Helping organize in-office events or communications, ensuring client-facing materials are available
Assisting with the preparation of diversity and inclusion newsletters for digital distribution, helping to draft simple messages with AI-powered tools
Creating basic social media posts and graphics using easy-to-use design platforms powered by AI, simplifying the creation of visuals for firm advertisements
Updating and organizing the virtual law library, ensuring documents are accessible and using simple AI recommendations for frequently referenced materials
