In the Classroom

• Serve as teacher’s assistant in the classroom.
• Prepare classrooms upon students arrival
• Preparing students for standardized testing
• Grading tests and homework, marking attendance
• Mentoring, assisting, tutoring, and engaging students; supervising recess
• Managing report cards, organizing homework, filing graded assignments
• Assisting with lesson planning, proctoring exams, and program management
• Creating a list of student award nominees
• Assisting with school retail shop

Administrative Tasks

• Assist office with preparing letters, composing emails, and assisting with large mailings and other clerical duties
• Support the functions of the Registrar’s office
• Prepare materials for workshops
• Maintain scholarship database
• Assist in the library
• Support campus event management, including name tags, setup, food, decorations, etc.
• Delivering flyers and informational packets, creating reference resources
• Managing social media campaigns and creating posters and templates for events
• Tidying, cleaning, and replenishing necessary rooms with supplies
• Preparing Excel documents with student information
• Making calls to alumni to check-in and ask for contributions
