Admissions
Saint Martin invites students into our school community who are committed to academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth. During the admissions process, Saint Martin reviews academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations.

This partnership not only supports the development of the next generation of young professionals but also underscores Dayglo's dedication to creating meaningful opportunities in workforce development.
Gino Scarcelli, who has been with DayGlo for five years and serves as an Inside Sales & Customer Service representative, is proud to step into his new role as Corporate Work Study Supervisor this year. Gino learned about Saint Martin’s work study program during his time in the mailroom when he would see Saint Martin students completing various tasks like sorting letters, delivering mail, and organizing files. Fast forward to today, Gino supervises a full-job team, from Monday to Thursday, which consists of a student from each grade. He shares, “Each of my students come to work with a great mindset and high positivity, which is quite infectious.”
His student associates add significant value to DayGlo by engaging with both current and prospective customers, handling key communication and feedback processes that are essential to the organization’s daily operations and overall growth. His students also are responsible for carefully filing invoices and other documents in the correct place, which Scarcelli explains is an important task so that every document is in the proper place when employees need to access them. His students also help in the front lobby and are often the first face the public sees walking into DayGlo, showcasing the importance of making a good first impression.
Class of 2025, Shaniya has taken on a special project for the organization. She has been reaching out to some of the higher-level and veteran employees at DayGlo and has been interviewing them about the perks of working at DayGlo and why they have continued to work at the company. Her insights will help the Human Resources department highlight these individuals for their accomplishments. Scarcelli, boasts, “Shaniya did a great job with the project, communicated with each employee well, took great notes, and we are proud of her for it.”
In the upcoming school year, Scarcelli hopes to immerse his student associates into even more departments at DayGlo. He shares, “I want them to get their feet wet in the corporate world and understand what it's like to work for a business.” He shares how he has learned a lot from his students which has refined his management skills. He explains that the students’ positivity has taught him to take each day as it comes and not let the little things ruin his day. Gino’s experience with Corporate Work Study has been very rewarding to not only him, but the rest of the company as well as the student associates he mentors.
