Admissions
Saint Martin invites students into our school community who are committed to academic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth. During the admissions process, Saint Martin reviews academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations.

While we are serious about preparing students for college and career success, we also believe that school should be fun! Caring for the whole student, we believe that involvement in extracurriculars is essential to continuing to form talented, well-rounded, and interesting individuals.

We are committed to our mission as a Corporate Work Study Program school, and we believe that the CWS experience is a vital component of the Saint Martin education.
Saint Martin will ensure that all CWS worksites are following proper CDC health and safety guidelines to ensure students are safe while deployed to their CWS job.
Freshmen will be enrolled in a brand new, daily CWS Workforce Readiness Class. Students will learn key skills that will prepare them for success in their 10th-12th grade CWS jobs.
Students will receive a quarterly letter grade for their Corporate Work Study Assignment which will count toward their grade point average.
For the 2020-2021 school year, Students will be accountable for all missed CWS workdays through the completion of CWS Professional Development assignments. Details outlined in the student handbook.
All health and safety guidelines for Saint Martin de Porres High School, will apply to the student’s CWS workday. Some CWS companies may require additional safety measures.
Some Corporate Work Study Partners have opted to start the school year with their students working in a remote capacity. Details for remote CWS assignments are outlined in the student handbook
Unlike past years, there will not be a set day when all students in one grade level go to work. Workday cohorts and days will be assigned by Saint Martin.
