Masks will be required for anyone entering the building at any point during the school year. This applies to students, faculty, staff, delivery personnel, and visitors when they enter the building. To support this practice we are providing washable and reusable masks to all students during the first week of school and have a supply of disposable masks on site in the event someone needs one.
All desks and tables in the building will be 6 feet apart including students desks, teacher workstations, and common meeting rooms. Plexiglass dividers have been installed in designated areas in the event two people need to come within 6 feet of each other.
Temperature checks will occur daily upon entering the building. Any temperature of 100 F or higher is considered a fever and student will be denied admission into school. Additionally, students exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to remain at home.
Students will utilize hand sanitizer dispensers that are available in each classroom. Additionally, students will wipe down their desks upon entering and exiting their classroom. A professional cleaning crew will be here every day after school to sanitize the entire building.
The school building will be open 7:30AM-4:00PM. Exceptions are only for CWS workday and extra-curricular activities.
All visitors will be asked to schedule an appointment with the front office. Visitors may be denied entrance without an appointment. In the event of an emergency, call 216-881-1689.
To accommodate social distancing, we will limit the number of students in the restroom.
Directional arrows have been placed on the floor throughout the campus indicating the direction of one-way traffic flow in the staircases and hallways.
Students will not have lockers this year. All belongings will be kept with students at their desks throughout the day.
All soft material furniture will be removed from the building.
