Meal Pack Pick-Ups will continue for REMOTE Students from 4:30-6:00pm on Fridays. Pick-up will take place from the back driveway to the St. Clair building and food packs will be brought to your car to limit the number of visitors in the school building.

Q: What do I do if my student is absent during online learning? 

A parent/guardian must call the school at 216-881-1689 to inform us and to officially verify the absence. Ms. Thomas will notify grade level teachers. If you want to know about assignments/work, feel free to email whichever teacher you need to for that information, but again, email Ms. Thomas to report an absence.

After the appointment or event (such as a funeral) email Ms. Thomas at athomas@stmdphs.org, a pic of the Dr.'s note or program cover with the date showing.

If you will be absent on your CWSP work day, please call or text the CWSP hotline directly at 216-346-7896.

Q: My Chromebook is not working/What if I do not have internet?

Q: Where do I find my class schedule?

Your schedule is available in PowerSchool. If you haven’t done so already, login to make sure you know what your classes are and what time they start. The PowerSchool app, available on your phone, will display a list of your classes once you log-in. Alternatively, you can access PowerSchool through your Chromebook. Clicking “My Schedule” will allow you to view your weekly schedule in the A Day/ B Day format while we are in remote learning.

Q: Can I make changes to my schedule? 

Although we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, contact Mrs. Stacy Miller at smiller@stmdphs.org or 216-881-1689 ext 281 for schedule changes and information.
