It is only fitting that Kasondra is the first student in the history of Saint Martin de Porres High School. It was only 3 and a half years ago when Kasondra and Carlos would get dropped off for new student job training every day by 6:15AM. This continued all the way through her sophomore year. Another example of the sacrifices our students make.”
Kasondra is a student from the East Side of Cleveland. She is a member of the inaugural group of Saint Martin National Honor Society Inductees. She has been the drummer of a girl rock and roll group while at Saint Martin. Kasondra has maintained a high grade point average throughout her academic career. She is a positive, motivated student and is well respected by her peers. She has been an employee at Calfee, Halter & Griswald LLP as well as the Eaton Corporation throughout her career with the Corporate Work Study Program. Kasondra is an energetic and enthusiastic student. In class discussions she would give others a chance to speak first, but if she had a different point, she would not hesitate to express it. She is courteous and kind, friendly and warm. But do not cross her with the intent to make fun of another or she will set you straight quickly!
Kasondra has been the living model of the term “being Saint Martin.”
